Option Bonds definition

Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.
Option Bonds means Bonds which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the owner whereof for purchase or payment by the Authority prior to the stated maturity thereof, or the maturities of which may be extended by and at the option of the owner thereof.
Option Bonds means Secured Bonds which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the owner thereof for purchase or payment by the City prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Nothing herein shall be deemed to limit the right of the Corporation to issue Option Bonds or Bonds or other bonds or notes to refund Outstanding Bonds and such issuance shall not be deemed to constitute an extension of the maturity of the Bonds.
