Option Grant Agreement definition
Option Grant Agreement means the instrument by which the Company grants an Option to a Grantee, which instrument contains the particular terms of such Option in addition to the terms set forth in the Plan.
Option Grant Agreement means an agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, entered into by each Participant and the Company evidencing the grant of each Option pursuant to the ESO Plan 2016, provided the Committee may make such changes to the form of the Option Grant Agreement for any particular grant as the Committee may determine in its absolute discretion, pursuant to its powers set forth in the ESO Plan 2016.
