Option Parcel definition

Option Parcel means all right, title and interest of any Credit Party pursuant to that certain Option Agreement dated as of March 20, 2013 by and among QuanTexas Energy LLC, the Borrower and Texas Regional Title LLC, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Option Parcel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 33 of this Lease.
Option Parcel means the area east of left field shown on Exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Option Advances with respect to the subject Option Parcel, then Acquisition Corp.

  • No sale of an Option Parcel shall in any way change Tenant’s Construction Obligations under this Lease, including full Landfill Closure by the specified deadline.

  • If the exercise of the Option with respect to the proposed Option Parcel is approved by Landlord, the parties will proceed as provided below in this Article 33.

  • Tenant shall pay a deposit in the amount of 5% of the purchase price to Landlord within five (5) Business Days of the determination of the purchase price for the Option Parcel, which shall be applied to the purchase price at closing.

  • Option Advance with respect to that Option Parcel has been repaid, the Option with respect thereto shall be the property of Acquisition Corp.


More Definitions of Option Parcel

Option Parcel has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(c) hereof.
Option Parcel means the 3.47+ acre portion of Parcel #R5760250170 as outlined in that certain Option Agreement, by and between PetIQ, Eagle River L.L.C. and First American Title Insurance Company, as escrow agent.
