Option Price definition

Option Price means the price at which a Share may be purchased by a Participant pursuant to an Option.
Option Price means the exercise price for each share of Stock subject to an Option.
Option Price means the purchase price payable on exercise of an Option Right.

  • If TxDOT issues an Option Notice to Proceed after the 90th day following the effective date of NTP1, the Option Price for the applicable Option will be subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 12.1.4.1, where for each Option exercised “Price” shall mean the Option Price of that Option and “N” shall mean the number of days in the period starting 91 days after the effective date of NTP1 and ending on the date TxDOT provides written notice to Developer of its intent to exercise each such Option.
