Option Price Per Share. The Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of the Common Stock on the date you exercised such Non-Qualified Stock Option by tendering shares of Common Stock.

Option Price Per Share means the Option Price per Share set forth in the Communication of Award.

Option Price Per Share means, with respect to the shares offered in a given Offering Period, the lower of: (i) 85% of the Fair Market Value of a Share of Common Stock on the Enrollment Date for that Offering Period; or (ii) the Fair Market Value of a Share of Common Stock on the Exercise Date.
