Option Rights definition

Option Rights has the meaning specified in the MOP.
Option Rights means, when used in this Warrant, any warrants, options or other rights to subscribe for or purchase, or obligations to issue, any Capital Stock of the Company, or any Convertible Securities, including, without limitation, any options or similar rights issued or issuable under any employee stock option plan, pension plan or other employee benefit plan of the Company of the Company in existence on the date of the issuance of this Warrant.
Option Rights means, with respect to any Person, any Convertible Securities of such Person, or any warrants, options or other rights to subscribe for or purchase, or obligations to issue, any Capital Stock of such Person, including any options or similar rights issued or issuable under any employee stock option plan, pension plan or other employee benefit plan of such Person.

Examples of Option Rights in a sentence

  • The Committee may, from time to time and upon such terms and conditions as it may determine, authorize the granting to Participants of Option Rights.

  • Such provision, however, shall remain in effect for other Option Rights and there shall be no further effect on any provision of this Plan.
