Option Securities definition

Option Securities shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).
Option Securities is defined in Section 2.1.4.
Option Securities means an aggregate Liquidation Amount of $3,300,000 of the Issuer Trust's ____% preferred securities, issuable to the Underwriter, at its option, exercisable within 30 days after the date of the Prospectus, solely to cover over-allotments, if any.

  • An Underwriter will not be under any obligation to purchase any Option Securities prior to the exercise of the Option by the Representative.

More Definitions of Option Securities

Option Securities means options, warrants or other rights to purchase or acquire Common Stock, as well as stock appreciation rights, phantom stock units and similar rights whose value is derived from the value of the Common Stock.
