Option Seller definition

Option Seller means, in respect of an Option Transaction, the Contracting Party who has entered into an Option Transaction as the seller of the relevant Option Product;
Option Seller means the Party specified in a Transaction as the seller of an option , as defined in Schedule P.
Option Seller means the Party specified as the seller of an Option.

  • In order to exercise the Put Option, Seller shall deliver to the Company a put option notice in the form of Schedule I hereto.
