Optional Exchange definition

Optional Exchange means the exchange of Certificates of any Series (or Class within such Series) for a pro rata portion of the Deposited Assets of the related Trust.
Optional Exchange shall xxxx xhe exchange of the Certificates by the Trust pursuant to Section 7 hereof.

  • In the event of an Optional Exchange, the Trustee shall only deliver the Underlying Securities to the purchaser of such Underlying Securities or sell the Underlying Securities pursuant to this Section 13, as the case may be, against payment in same day funds deposited into the Certificate Account.

  • Unless otherwise specified therein, such Call Notice shall be deemed to be notice of an Optional Exchange pursuant to Section 7(a) of the Series Supplement.


More Definitions of Optional Exchange

Optional Exchange shall have the meaning specified therefor in the Trust Agreement.
Optional Exchange. (“OE”) means a one-way trade by which a Flight Attendant accepts flying of another Flight Attendant.
