Optional Prepayment Notice definition

Optional Prepayment Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(a).

• In addition, if Borrower delivers an Optional Prepayment Notice and fails to pay the Optional Prepayment Amount due to Lender within two (2) Trading Days following the Optional Prepayment Date, Borrower shall forever forfeit its right to prepay this Note.

More Definitions of Optional Prepayment Notice

Optional Prepayment Notice means an Optional Prepayment Notice in substantially the form of Exhibit J or any other form reasonably approved by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
