Optional Principal Payments. The Borrower may from time to time pay, without penalty or premium, all outstanding Floating Rate Advances or, in an aggregate amount of $5,000,000 or a higher integral multiple of $100,000, any portion of the outstanding Floating Rate Advances upon one (1) Business Day’s prior notice to the Administrative Agent.
