Optional Services definition

Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

Optional Services means all services described in Section 5.

Optional Services means any services not included in the Annual Price that the Client and OCWA agree in writing to designate as “Optional Services” subject to Section 4.12.

Examples of Optional Services in a sentence

• Vendor acknowledges that Citizens does not in any way represent or guarantee that Vendor will receive any specific or minimum volume of request for Products or Optional Services under this Agreement.

• Upon determining a need for Product or Optional Services, Citizens may submit a request for a quote to one or multiple vendors.

• The Optional Services shall be provided in accordance with Paragraph 5.2 (Optional Work) of the Base Agreement of Appendix A (Required Agreement) to the RFP.

• Vendor shall provide Product and Optional Services to Citizens pursuant to Purchase Orders issued by Citizens from time to time.

• Except for the compensation described herein and travel- related expenses, if permitted, Citizens shall not be billed for or be obligated to pay to Vendor any charges, expenses, or other amounts for the Products or Optional Services or otherwise.
