Examples of Order Cut-Off Time in a sentence
The Order shall be deemed to be received on the Business Day on which the Order is placed provided that the Order is completed in proper form prior to the Order Cut-Off Time on such date and cash in the appropriate amount is deposited with the Custodian by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time or such other time as designated by the Custodian on the settlement date.
If the Electronic Interface is not available, Orders may be placed by telephone, as described in section 1.c. If a Purchase Order is not complete prior to the Order Cut-Off Time (as defined below), the Order will not be processed.
To complete an Order, the Authorized Participant must respond to the telephone representative with its approval of the written Order Form by electronic mail prior to the Order Cut-Off Time.
If the Order is not completed in proper form by the Order Cut-Off Time or federal funds in the appropriate amount are not received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the settlement date, then the Order will be rejected as invalid and the Authorized Participant shall be liable to the relevant Fund for losses, if any, resulting therefrom.
Redemption Orders that are not completed prior to the Order Cut-Off Time will be processed on the next Business Day.
