Ordinary Share Dividend definition

Ordinary Share Dividend means any interim, final or special dividend payable in accordance with the Corporations Act and the constitution of ANZ in relation to Ordinary Shares.
Ordinary Share Dividend has the meaning set forth in subparagraph (b)(5) of Section 2.04.
Ordinary Share Dividend means, with respect to any calendar quarter, any dividend with respect to Cincinnati Bell Common Shares paid in such shares to the xxtent that the value of such dividend, together with (i) the aggregate amount of all dividends on the Cincinnati Bell Common Shares paid in cash plus (ii) txx xggregate value of all other dividends on Cincinnati Bell Common Shares paid in such shares (witx xxch share dividend valued at the Current Market Price of Cincinnati Bell Common Shares on the record date for such dividend) during such calendar quarter, does not exceed on a per share basis 0.4% of the average of the Closing Prices of the Common Shares over such calendar quarter. For purposes of this subparagraph (b)(5), any dividend, whether in cash or shares, shall be deemed to be paid as of the record date for such dividend.
