Ordinary Time definition
Ordinary Time means rates as calculated in accordance with Appendix A of this Agreement, rates of pay, all-purpose allowances and calculation of hourly rates. Operator of Explosive-powered Tools means an employee qualified in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State concerned to operate explosive-powered tools.
Ordinary Time means rates as calculated in accordance with Appendix A of this Agreement, rates of pay, all-purpose allowances and calculation of hourly rates; time and a half means ordinary time plus 50 per cent; double time means ordinary time plus 100 per cent; double time and half means ordinary time plus 150 per cent.

For the avoidance of doubt, the day not worked will continue to be paid at Ordinary Time earnings.
Tool Box Talks and Pre-Start meetings will be paid at the Employee’s Ordinary Time rate plus Productivity Allowance and any other applicable allowances and this time will form part of the Employee(s) ordinary hours.

More Definitions of Ordinary Time
Ordinary Time. Earnings” (which, for the purposes of the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992, will operate to provide a notional earnings base) shall mean the actual ordinary rate of pay the employee receives for ordinary hours of work including tool allowance, industry allowance, trade allowances, shift loading, special rates, qualification allowances (e.g. first aid, laser safety officer), multi-storey allowance, district/ location allowance, piecework rates, underground allowance, award site allowances, asbestos eradication allowance, leading hand allowances, in charge of plant allowance, supervisory allowances and daily fares allowance where applicable.
