Each Organisational Member must appoint either the State Commissioner for that Organisational Member or any other member of that Organisational Member as a director and may from time to time remove or replace any director so appointed.
The representative of an Organisational Member may attend a general meeting and shall be entitled to cast one vote either on a show of hands or on a poll.
As such, the Organisational Member agrees that any and all contributions it makes available to bSI shall, in turn, be made available to the bSI community, and/or otherwise, in accordance with this Clause 4.

The Organisational Member and bSI acknowledge that the factual arrangement between them dictates the classification of each party as a data controller or data processor in respect of any personal data which are shared, transferred or passed between them, but it is envisaged that both will be data controllers.
