Organisational Member definition

Organisational Member means a person who is a Member of the Company in accordance with Article 2.3.

• Each Organisational Member must appoint either the State Commissioner for that Organisational Member or any other member of that Organisational Member as a director and may from time to time remove or replace any director so appointed.

• The representative of an Organisational Member may attend a general meeting and shall be entitled to cast one vote either on a show of hands or on a poll.

More Definitions of Organisational Member

Organisational Member means an organisation that does not meet the requirements of a State Member or Individual Member and who has been accepted to membership with the rights set out under clause 4.21;
