Examples of Original Agreements in a sentence
Unless the context otherwise requires and except in the case of the Original Agreements, (i) references to agreements shall be deemed to mean and include such agreements as amended and supplemented from time to time, and (ii) references to parties to agreements shall be deemed to include the successors and permitted assigns of such parties.
