Original Equity Investors definition

Original Equity Investors means the Lead Equity Investors, MSD Capital and the Individual Shareholders;

Original Equity Investors means any funds managed or advised by CVC from time to time investing in the Target Group and Management;

Original Equity Investors means (i) funds managed or advised by Cinven Limited, (ii) funds managed or advised by or companies managed by PAI Partners SAS, (iii) funds managed by BT Capital Investors Offshore LP, and (iv) Nabisco Inc. and its Affiliates provided that Nabisco Inc. and its Affiliates shall only be Original Equity Investors for the purposes of the Change of Control definition in Clause 14.3(e) (Mandatory Prepayments on Sale, Change of Control or Listing) for so long as Nabisco Inc. has a credit rating from Mxxxx’x Investors Service Inc. of no less than Ba2 and a credit rating from Standard & Poor’s Rating Corporation of no less than BB and, in addition, the Bonds and any further debt securities issued to refinance the Bonds which are permitted under Clause 22.6(p) (Issue of Bonds) have the same or a better rating than Nabisco Inc. had prior to Nabisco Inc. obtaining control of the Parent;

Original Equity Investors means those entities set forth in Schedule 1. Outstandings means, in relation to a Senior Lender at any time, the aggregate of that Senior Xxxxxx's participation in all Loans outstanding at that time (including interest on those Loans).
