Original Holder definition

Original Holder shall have the meaning given in the Recitals.
Original Holder shall have the meaning specified in the first paragraph of the recitals to this Agreement.
Original Holder means the Holder, and if the Holder is a successor, transferee, assignee or designee, then the Investor to which this Warrant was issued at Closing and any of its successors, transferees, assignees or designees (including the Holder).

  • The Original Holder has requested that it be granted certain registration rights with respect to the shares of the Company’s Common Stock (as defined below) held by the Original Holder as more fully set forth herein.

  • Upon such determination that any term or other provision is invalid, illegal or incapable of being enforced, the Company and Warrantholder shall negotiate in good faith to modify this Warrant Certificate so as to effect the original intent of the Company and the Original Holder in connection with the issuance of the Warrants, to the greatest extent possible.


More Definitions of Original Holder

Original Holder shall include all Affiliates thereof owning any shares of Registrable Common Stock or Common Stock.
Original Holder means each of the parties listed under Original Holder on Schedule A hereto and any transferee of Registrable Securities held by an Original Holder that became a party hereto.
