Original Holder definition

Original Holder shall have the meaning given in the Recitals.

More Definitions of Original Holder

Original Holder means the Holder, and if the Holder is a successor, transferee, assignee or designee, then the Investor to which this Warrant was issued at Closing and any of its successors, transferees, assignees or designees (including the Holder). Execution Copy
