Original Margin definition

Original Margin means, with respect to any date, the difference between (i) the aggregate Market Value of all Purchased Loans held by the Buyer on such date, determined as of the most recent Purchase Date, and (ii) the Purchase Price paid by the Buyer for all such Purchased Loans on such Purchase Date.
Original Margin means, with respect to a Clearing Member, the minimum deposit required from such Clearing Member, in accordance with the Rules, in respect of Contracts in the accounts of such Clearing Member.
Original Margin means 3.00 per cent. per annum together with any increase to such Margin pursuant to paragraph 14(a) above.
