Original Owner definition

Original Owner means the original owner identified below.

Original Owner means, with respect to a Policy, the Person to which the Policy was initially issued and who was listed as owner on the initial declarations page of such Policy or the policy application, as applicable.

More Definitions of Original Owner

Original Owner means the individual who was the member or former member of a pension plan and who made a transfer under section 30(5) or 38 of the Act or section 39, 40, 41 or 46.1 of the Regulation at any time, the assets deriving from which transfer are now held in this LIF;
