Original Owners definition

Original Owners means Holdings.

Original Owners means (a) Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. or any of its Affiliates and any investment funds or managed accounts which are managed or advised by Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. or one of its Affiliates and (b) each of Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxx and each such individual’s estate, spouse, lineal descendants (including adoptive descendants), relatives, administrators or other personal representative or other estate planning vehicle and any custodian or trustee for the benefit of any of them.

Original Owners means (i) with regard to Air, Air Group, (ii) with regard to WM, Air, (iii) with regard to MS, Air Group and (iv) with regard to MS, WM.
