Original Partners definition

Original Partners means, collectively, (i) Xxxxxx X. Och, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx-Xxxxx (JK) Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx X’Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxx and (ii) the Original Related Trusts; and each, individually, is an “Original Partner.”

Original Partners means, collectively, (i) each Individual Limited Partner that was a Limited Partner as of the Closing Date, (ii) each other Individual Limited Partner designated as an Original Partner in a Partner Agreement, and (iii) the Original Related Trusts; and each, individually, is an “Original Partner.”

• The Holder further agrees that any shares of Common Stock acquired by means of any conversion as set forth herein shall be further restricted by the terms and conditions set forth in that certain Shareholders' Agreement, dated October 24, 1997, by and among the Company, Holder, and the Original Partners (as such term is defined in the Shareholders' Agreement).

• Pre-Closing Allocations shall be made among the Original Partners and the Ziff Partner in accordance with such Partners’ interests in the Partnership, as determined by the General Partner.

More Definitions of Original Partners

Original Partners means collectively Comcast, Cox, TCI and Sprint and any successors or transferees thereof to the extent such successors or transferees acquired their Interest in accordance with this Agreement.
