Original Rate definition

Original Rate means the Original Rate as specified in the Final Terms to calculate the interest rate pursuant to Condition 17(c)(III).
Original Rate has the meaning specified in Section 2.08(d).
Original Rate means the interest rate applied before the expiration of the loan (including the early expiration date) (or, in case of floating rate, the last floating period before the expiration date of the loan (including the early expiration date)). If the repayment of any loan is delayed and the loan is not used according to the agreed purpose, the higher amount of the above provisions shall apply to calculate the interest.

  • The Borrower and the Lenders further acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the Default Rate shall at any time apply to a Committed Loan as to which an Alternative Rate Agreement remains in effect, the Borrower shall be solely responsible for the full and timely payment to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Lenders (including the Alternative Rate Lender) of the amount by which such Default Rate exceeds the Original Rate.

More Definitions of Original Rate

Original Rate means the original rate of an ACAS-equipped aircraft at any time is its altitude rate at the same time when it followed the original trajectory;
