An Owner’s Policy, endorsed to insure a leasehold estate, will not be issued for less than the full value of the leasehold estate.The following Original Rate applies for Standard Owner’s Policies including the Standard Residential Plain Language Owner’s Policy and is also the applicable Original Rate for the United States of America Owner’s Policy.
