Original Security Documents means the security documents listed in Schedule 9 (Original Security Documents).

Original Security Documents the Original Security Agreement, any pledge agreements, any account control agreements and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents entered into or delivered pursuant to or in connection with a security interest in the Original Collateral pursuant to the Original Credit Agreement; for the avoidance of doubt, the Existing Mortgages are not included in the defined term “Original Security Documents”.

Original Security Documents means , collectively, the Original Security Agreement and all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements or comparable instruments required by the Original Security Agreement to be filed with respect to the security interests in personal property and fixtures created pursuant to the Original Security Agreement and in each case all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto.

Original Security Documents means the Original Mortgage, the Original Deed of Assignment and the Original Managers’ Undertakings.

Original Security Documents means the Original Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreements, the Director Agreements (other than the HPTE Direct Agreement), the Original HPTE Direct Agreement and each other document or instrument from time to time pursuant to which a Lien or security interest is granted or perfected with regard to the Collateral.
