ORIGINAL STERLING AMOUNT means in relation to any amount:
ORIGINAL STERLING AMOUNT in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in sterling in the Utilisation Notice relating to that Loan (or, if the amount requested is denominated in a Foreign Currency, that amount converted into sterling at the Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange on the date which is three business days before the Utilisation Date or, if later, on the date the Agent received the Utilisation Notice); OUTSTANDINGS: in relation to a Lender at any time, the Original Sterling Amount of the aggregate principal amount of its share of all (if any) Utilisations, including (in relation to the Issuer) the Original Sterling Amount of the aggregate of its contingent liabilities in respect of any such Utilisations consisting of the issue of any Letters of Credit or Guarantees outstanding at that time; PARENT: Bell Microproducts Inc.;
ORIGINAL STERLING AMOUNT means the sterling equivalent of an amount in the Optional Currency. The "Original Sterling Amount" will be derived by using the Exchange Rate applicable to the date on which the amount in the Optional Currency is to be or was advanced.

ORIGINAL STERLING AMOUNT means, in relation to any Utilisation (whether by way of an Advance or Bills), the amount thereof requested in the Utilisation Request relating thereto (as the same may be reduced pursuant to Clause 6.4) or, if the amount requested is not denominated in Sterling, the equivalent of such amount (as the same may be so reduced) in Sterling, calculated as at the date of such Utilisation Request.
ORIGINAL STERLING AMOUNT in relation to an Advance means:
ORIGINAL STERLING AMOUNT in relation to a Loan means: (a) if that Loan is denominated in Sterling, the amount of that Loan; or (b) in relation to a Revolving Credit Loan denominated in an Optional Currency, the equivalent in Sterling of the amount of that Loan at the Bank's Spot Rate of Exchange on the Business Day before its Drawdown Date; or
ORIGINAL STERLING AMOUNT means, in relation to an Advance, the amount thereof requested in the Notice of Drawdown relating thereto (as the same may be reduced pursuant to Clause 6.5) or, if such Advance is not denominated in Sterling, the equivalent of such amount (as the same may be so reduced) in Sterling, calculated as at the date of such Notice of Drawdown;
ORIGINAL STERLING AMOUNT means, in relation to an Advance denominated in sterling, the amount of such Advance as requested in the relevant Notice of Drawdown relating thereto (as the same may be reduced pursuant to clause 5.4) or, if such Advance is not denominated in sterling, the equivalent of such amount (as the same may be so reduced) in sterling, calculated as at such business day as the Bank and the Borrower may agree; OUTSTANDINGS means
