Purchaser hereby generally, irrevocably, unconditionally and completely releases and forever discharges the Corporation, its officers and directors, each of the Investors, and each of the other Original Stockholders from, and hereby irrevocably, unconditionally and completely waives and relinquishes, any rights it may have arising on or before the time immediately prior to the execution of this Stock Purchase Agreement.
