Originating Entity definition

Originating Entity means any of the Seller and any Transferring Affiliate.
Originating Entity means a person or entity licensed pursuant to 5 Del.C. Chapters 21 or 22. "Person" means an individual.

  • Except as otherwise permitted in Section 6.2 hereof, the Transferor will not, and will not permit any Originating Entity to, extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable, or amend, modify or waive any term or condition of any Contract related thereto.
