Examples of Originating Entity in a sentence
The Transferor will, and will cause each Originating Entity to, comply in all material respects with the Credit and Collection Policy in regard to each Receivable and the related Contract.
The Transferor will not, and will not permit any Originating Entity to, make any change in the character of its business or in the Credit and Collection Policy, which change would, in either case, impair the collectibility of any Receivable or otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect.
The Transferor, at its expense, will, and will cause each Originating Entity to, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenant and other promises required to be observed by the Transferor or such Originating Entity under the Contracts related to the Receivables.
