Employee assigned to the contract means an employee who was hired after November 6, 1986, who is directly performing work, in the United States. An employee is not considered to be directly performing work under a contract if the employee—
Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
Third Party Agreement means any agreement between either or both of the Parties and/or their Affiliates, on the one hand, and any third party, on the other hand.
Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.
Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.
Third Party IP means the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party that is not a party to this Contract, and that is not a Subcontractor.
