Other Compound definition

Other Compound means a Collaboration Compound that is not Target Selective against the Collaboration Target or any Target designated pursuant to the OCA as a “Collaboration Target” as defined therein.
Other Compound means, with respect to a Modified Cell, (a) any pharmaceutically or therapeutically active compound or molecule that is not within, on the cell surface of, or secreted by, such Modified Cell or (b) any pharmaceutically or therapeutically active cell that is not such Modified Cell or another Modified Cell.
Other Compound means that compound known as 2C6 anti-VEGF receptor monoclonal antibody (or any human, humanized or chimeric version thereof, or any substitute therefor).

Other Compound means (*).
Other Compound means any compound made under the Research Plan for a given Collaboration Target that does not satisfy the Compound Criteria as determined by the JRC and is not a Library Compound as of the Effective Date. Other Compound means any compound that is (a) further developed or commercialized by or on behalf of Buyer or its Affiliate as a back-up to the Ento Compound or the Lanra Compound and (b) Covered by the Transferred Patent Rights; provided, that Other Compound does not include the Ento Compound or the Lanra Compound.
