Other Debt definition

Other Debt has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.16.
Other Debt means other Indebtedness of the Company that ranks pari passu with the Securities and requires that an offer to purchase such Other Debt be made upon consummation of an Asset Sale.

Other Debt means any indebtedness of the Borrower other than (i) Indebtedness under the Revolving Facility and (ii) intercompany Indebtedness or Indebtedness owed to an Affiliate of the Borrower.
