Other Distributor definition

Other Distributor means each person appointed as the exclusive distributor for the Shares of the Portfolio after the Distributor ceases to serve in that capacity.

• The VOD License Period and PPV License Period for each SITOther Feature and each Library Feature commences on its VOD Availability Date and ends upon the earlier of (a) the latest to occur of (i) a date established by Licensor in its sole discretion, (ii) 60 days following such SIT Features’ VOD/PPV Availability and (iii) the date the license period ends for such SIT Feature for any Other Distributor in the Territory and (b) the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
