Other Equity Securities definition

Other Equity Securities means any Capital Stock, other than the Common Stock, Convertible Securities or Options.
Other Equity Securities means any shares of capital stock of the Company and any other securities issued by the Company that are exercisable to purchase, convertible into, or exchangeable for shares of capital stock of the Company that are owned by any party hereto (other than the Company) or any affiliate of any party hereto (other than the Company), whether acquired prior to, on or after the date hereof.
