Other Fees definition
Other Fees means amounts owed by the Borrower hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.09, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 8.01 and 10.10.
Other Fees means Break-Up Fees, Monitoring Fees and Transaction Fees, in each case net of applicable withholding taxes, VAT or similar taxes and costs related to currency conversion, if any.

More Definitions of Other Fees
Other Fees means the aggregate fees billed for products and services provided by the Company’s external auditor, other than the services reported under “Audit Fees”, “Audit-Related Fees” and “Tax Fees”.
