Examples of Other Indications in a sentence
For clarity, GBT shall pay to Roche up to forty million, five hundred thousand US Dollars (US$40,500,000) for achievement of the events in the Lead Indication and nineteen million, two hundred fifty thousand US Dollars (US$19,250,000) for achievement of the events in the Other Indication(s)).
GBT shall pay to Roche up to a total of fifty nine million, seven hundred fifty thousand US Dollars (US$59,750,000) in relation to the achievements of (i) the development events as described in the following schedule for any Product that achieves such event in Lead Indication first and (ii) the development events as described in the following schedule for any Product that achieves such event in Other Indication(s) first.
The Development Plan shall include a Development Budget that estimates the expenses to be incurred in performing the Development Plan for the First Indication and for any Other Indications to be pursued contemporaneously therewith.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, XenoPort shall have the option to negotiate with Reckitt the terms on which Reckitt and XenoPort would collaborate to develop and commercialize any Product(s) for any Other Indications as set forth in this Section 2.3 (such option, the “Other Indication Option”).
The choice of Other Indications will be stated in the Development Plan and will be the focus of clinical development activities after or in parallel to, but with a lower priority than, the First Indication.
