Other Management Agreements definition

Other Management Agreements means those certain Second Amended and Restated Management Agreements and/or Management Agreement(s) (as applicable), dated as of the Execution Date but to be effective as of the Effective Date, by and between Manager or an Affiliate and Tenant or an Affiliate with respect to the Portfolio Properties other than the Hotels, as the same may be supplemented, amended or modified from time to time.
