Other Material Indebtedness definition

Other Material Indebtedness has the meaning provided in Section 19(a)(v) (Acceleration of Senior Obligations or Other Material Indebtedness).

Other Material Indebtedness means any indebtedness of Amylin for borrowed money other than the Indebtedness, to the extent the aggregate amount outstanding, together with all unfunded amounts committed in connection therewith, exceeds $30,000,000.

More Definitions of Other Material Indebtedness

Other Material Indebtedness shall have the meaning given to such term in Section II(1)(d) hereof.
