Other Parties definition

Other Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.7(c).
Other Parties means (i) with respect to the Partnership and Partnership GP, Parent and Merger Sub, and (ii) with respect to Parent and Merger Sub, the Partnership and Partnership GP.
Other Parties means all Subcontractors of any tier whether or not employed directly by the Developer.
