Other Personal Property definition

Other Personal Property has the meaning assigned by Section 2.1(d).
Other Personal Property all other goods and personal property of Grantor, whether tangible or intangible and whether now or hereafter owned or existing, leased, consigned by or to, or acquired by Grantor, and wherever located; and

Other Personal Property. ’ means the following:
Other Personal Property means all furniture, equipment, machinery, inventories, supplies, signs and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by New Meditrust-LLC that is installed, located or situated on or used in connection with any Other Real Property.
