Other Real Property definition

Other Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

Other Real Property means Real Property that is neither Hotel Real Property nor Office Real Property nor Retail Real Property.

• Section 4.10(c) of the Disclosure Schedules contains a list of all material Other Real Property Interests.

More Definitions of Other Real Property

Other Real Property means real property that is not tangible property described in subsection (c)(4), is not other residential property, and is not agricultural land.

Other Real Property means the real property listed on Schedule 1.1(i) of Sellers’ Disclosure Schedules.

Other Real Property means (a) the Contracts used in connection with the Water Systems for surface operations, such as valves, meters, motors, fixtures, machinery, pressure regulators, piping, and other similar and/or appurtenant structures, and being more fully described on Schedule 4.4(a)-2, (b) the Surface Use Agreements and (c) the Water Xxxxx; provided, however, that the term “Other Real Property” shall not include any rights in any Oil and Gas Interests.
