Other Recoveries definition

Other Recoveries means any and all payments, collections and recoveries relating to A&P Claims paid on and after the Inception Date, other than (i) Third Party Reinsurance Recoverables and (ii) Retrospective Premiums, and shall include, among other things, any salvage and subrogation received as further set forth in Section 13.1.
Other Recoveries means the proceeds or other amounts realized or that may be realized under any insurance policy or other indemnity or hold harmless agreement (including, without limitation, those indemnity and hold harmless agreements established under the Ellon Acquisition Agreement, Fruitseng Acquisition Agreement and the MikeCo Acquisition Agreements).
Other Recoveries shall have the meaning provided in the LPT Reinsurance Agreement.

More Definitions of Other Recoveries

Other Recoveries means Other Recoverables that are Actually Paid.

Related to Other Recoveries

  • Net Recoveries means gross Recoveries during any Calendar Quarter minus Reimbursable Expenses during such Calendar Quarter.

With respect to each Mortgage Loan that has become the subject of a Debt Service Reduction and any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the principal portion of the related Monthly Payment has been reduced.

  • Net Recovery Any proceeds received by a Servicer on a delinquent or Charged Off Loan (including any Liquidation Proceeds received on a Charged Off Loan), net of any Servicing Fee, Ancillary Income and any other related expenses.

  • Related Assets Any assets held by a Trust the return of which is linked to one or more Underlying Securities and which, if applicable, shall be described in the related Supplement or a schedule thereto.
