Other related parties means:• Any partnership, limited liability company or professional corporation in which a Council member or her/his close relative(s) is a partner, member or shareholder, respectively, with direct or indirect ownership interest in excess of 5%;• Any entity in which a Council member serves as an officer, director / board member, trustee, or key employee;• Any entity in which a Council member and/or her/his close relative(s) own more than 35% of the combined voting power, profits interest, other ownership or beneficial interest,whether directly or indirectly, individually or collectively.
