Other Securities definition
Other Securities refers to any stock (other than Common Stock) and other securities of the Company or any other person (corporate or otherwise) which the holder of the Warrant at any time shall be entitled to receive, or shall have received, on the exercise of the Warrant, in lieu of or in addition to Common Stock, or which at any time shall be issuable or shall have been issued in exchange for or in replacement of Common Stock or Other Securities pursuant to Section 4 or otherwise.
Other Securities means (i) those options and warrants of the Company issued prior to, and outstanding on, the Issuance Date of this Warrant, (ii) the shares of Common Stock issuable on exercise of such options and warrants, provided such options and warrants are not amended after the Issuance Date of this Warrant and (iii) the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of this Warrant.

Examples of Other Securities in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Company may not commence or permit the commencement of any sale of Other Securities in a public offering to which this Section 2.1(j) applies unless the Initiating Holders shall have received the Piggyback Notice in respect to such public offering not less than ten (10) Business Days prior to the commencement of such sale of Other Securities.
