Other Seller definition

Other Seller or "Other Sellers" shall mean any one or more of the following: Opus South Corporation, a Florida corporation; Opus Southwest Corporation, a Minnesota corporation; Opus North Corporation, an Illinois corporation; and Opus Corporation, a Minnesota corporation..

Other Seller means (i) with respect to the U.S. Seller, the Cayman Seller, and (ii) with respect to the Cayman Seller, the U.S. Seller.
