Other Users definition

Other Users means all authorized users of the Registry other than the User identified below.

Other Users means the manufacturers, logistic suppliers, EPC companies, O&M contractors, and/or any other potential users of the Solar Park and shall also include Companies, individuals, associations, and NGOs providing services like but not limited to training, education, community welfare, housing, commercial establishments, hospitality, and other ancillary functions

Other Users means volunteers, agents, contractors, consultants and other non- state users who are authorized to use or access the State’s IT resources.

Examples of Other Users in a sentence

• At Attaching Party’s request, the parties will engage in good faith negotiations with each other, with Other Users, and with third-party property owners and cooperatively take such other steps as may be necessary to avoid the unnecessary removal of Attaching Party’s facilities.

• Each party shall exercise due care to avoid damaging the facilities of the other or of Other Users and hereby assumes all responsibility for any and all loss from damage caused by the party and persons acting on the party’s behalf.

• A party shall make an immediate report to the other of the occurrence of any damage and hereby agrees to reimburse the other party, and/or Other Users for any property damaged caused by the party or persons acting on the party’s behalf.

• Attaching Party shall make arrangements with the Other Users with facilities attached to SBC-13STATE’s poles or occupying space in SBC-13STATE’s conduit system regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by the Other Users in transferring or rearranging the Other Users’ facilities to accommodate the attachment or placement of Attaching Party’s facilities to or in SBC-13STATE’s poles, ducts, conduits and rights of ways.

• SBC-13STATE shall not be required to collect or remit any such amounts to Attaching Party, to resolve or adjudicate disputes over reimbursement between Attaching Party and Other Users.

More Definitions of Other Users

Other Users means the Farmer, Milk Collector, Co-operative Shop, Agrovet Shop and Field Agent.

Other Users means the Agents (excluding the Manager), contractors and third parties of Company, Arcadian Trinidad Ammonia Limited, Arcadian Trinidad Limited (formerly Arcadian Trinidad Urea Limited), Caribbean Methanol Company Limited, Shell Lubricants Caribbean Limited, Trinidad and Tobago Methanol Company Limited and any other user of the Pier as may be advised by Company from time to time.

Paper means source-separated paper products acceptable for Processing that are collected from Commercial Food Waste Generators within CCCSWA’s jurisdictional boundaries. Paper includes: tissue paper, paper napkins, paper towels, tea bags, coffee filters, and other paper products that may be included subject to mutual written agreement. Paper is a component of Food Waste. Paper, as defined in this Agreement, excludes paper that is accepted in CCCSWA’s recycling system, including but not limited to the following unsoiled (i.e.., non-contact with wet, oily or sticky food) items: newspapers, magazines, catalogs, office paper, mail, cardboard, books, detergent boxes, egg cartons, paper bags, paperboard boxes, shredded paper, and telephone directories. Permit means any or all Federal, State and local statutory or regulatory approvals, or other measures or mechanisms necessary from any third party for either Party to be in full legal compliance in the performance of all their obligations, as renewed or amended from time to time. Person includes any individual, firm, association, organization, partnership, corporation, trust, joint venture, the United States, the State, a county, a municipality or special district or any other entity whatsoever. Pomace means rejected material after acceptance and processing of Feedstock, but prior to digestion, that requires recycling or Disposal.

Other Users means all Users except for the Lessee.
