Our Confidential Information definition

Our Confidential Information means information that:

Our Confidential Information means information: that We identify, by Notice to You after the Commencement Date, as confidential information for the purposes of this Deed; or that You know or ought to know is confidential; and includes: all Reports, Records and other Material provided by You to Us under this Deed; and all responses to Notices issued by Us under the Deed.

Our Confidential Information includes all copies of any such Information and all Derivative Information. Our Confidential Information excludes:

Our Confidential Information means information: that we identify, by Notice in writing to You after the Effective Date, as confidential information for the purposes of this Deed; that You know or ought to know is confidential; and includes: all Reports provided by You to Us or Our Managing Contractor under this Deed; and all responses to Notices issued by Us or Our Managing Contractor under the Deed. Our Representative means the person nominated in Item A5 of Schedule 1 or as otherwise Notified by Us to You. Pacific Labour Scheme or Scheme means the programme established by the Commonwealth to provide citizens of a Participating Country with the opportunity to undertake work within rural or regional Australia where there is demonstrated unmet demand for labour.

You know or ought reasonably to know by its nature is confidential; Our Security Policies means policies relating to the use and security of Our IT systems and Records, and includes Our policy by the name of External Security Policy - For Contracted Service Providers and Users and any other security policies Notified by Us from time to time; Participant means a person between 15 and 24 years of age (inclusive) who has been unemployed for 12 months or more, or is at risk of being long- term unemployed and who meets the eligibility requirements set out in item A of Schedule 1;
