Outcome definition

Outcome means an action or event that follows as a result or consequence of the provision of a service or support.
Outcome means a job/training or placement outcome after the Start Date; and a Participant has been in employment/training/placement and Off-Benefit each week; and there has been an either continuous or cumulative individual period of employment/training/placement (Outcome payment trigger point) as detailed in the Specification for each Participant Group.
Outcome means measurable change that occurs as a result of a project’s overall 25 performance in implementing its services. Outcomes are often separated out as to their expected effect 26 along a time continuum, as immediate, intermediate and long-term Outcomes.
