OUTDOOR DISPLAY. – means an area of land where goods are displayed and which are available for sale to the general public from a retail outlet located on the same lot.
OUTDOOR DISPLAY means the placing or placement of merchandise in the Outdoor Area adjacent to a commercial establishment, for the purpose of the sale of such goods to the public in the ordinary course of business.
