Outplacement Services definition

Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.
Outplacement Services means outplacement services, at Company's cost and for a period of twelve months beginning on the date of Executive's termination of employment, to be rendered by an agency selected by Executive and approved by the Board of Directors or HR Committee (with such approval not to be unreasonably withheld);
Outplacement Services means the cost of outplacement services, the scope and provider of which shall be selected by Executive in his or her sole discretion, for a period not to extend beyond twelve (12) months after the Effective Date of Executive’s Qualifying Termination, in an amount not to exceed $30,000 in the aggregate.

  • If Employee’s employment is terminated by the Company without Cause or voluntarily terminated by Employee for Good Reason and such termination occurs within fifteen (15) months after the occurrence of a Change of Control, Employee shall have no further rights against the Company hereunder, except for the right to receive (i) Final Pay; (ii) Final Expenses; (iii) Employee’s Unpaid Bonus; (iv) Outplacement Services; (v) Health Insurance Continuation; and (vi) a Severance Payment (defined below).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article III, the Outplacement Services set forth under Section 4.3 herein may or may not be provided, at the discretion of the Employer, to an Eligible Employee prior to the execution of a release under this Plan.

  • These COC Outplacement Payments, which the Company shall make directly to the vendor providing the COC Outplacement Services, are contingent upon the Executive’s cooperation with the outplacement service and upon active efforts by the Executive to locate another position.

  • The “Other Benefits Adjustment” is an amount equal to the sum of the Medical Benefits Payment, the Executive Tax Services Payment and the Outplacement Services, determined as provided in subsections (1) - (3) below.

  • The Company will not withhold any amount for taxes from this payment and will issue Employee an IRS Form 1099 for the Outplacement Services Payment.

Outplacement Services means outplacement services from an outplacement service company of the Company’s choosing at a cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($20,000.00), payable directly by the Company to such outplacement service company. If such benefit is not used by Employee during the six (6) month period following Employee’s termination of employment, it will be forfeited.
Outplacement Services means and refers to internal and/or external professional assistance provided to Employees following their Termination of Employment with the Bank with respect to their search for new employment.
Outplacement Services means outplacement services whereby the Company receives a substantial business benefit by promoting a positive corporate image and maintaining corporate morale, at Company’s cost and for a period of twelve months beginning on the date of Employee’s termination of employment, to be rendered by an agency selected by Employee and approved by the Board of Directors or the Human Resources Committee of the Board (with such approval not to be unreasonably withheld); and
