Outside Lease Commencement Date definition

Outside Lease Commencement Date means September 25, 2025. “Overdue Rate” (a) when used with reference to the Lessor Notes, Basic Lease Rent (Debt Portion) or Termination Value (Debt Portion) shall mean two percent (2%) per annum over the greater of (i) the Base Rate and (ii) the stated interest rate on the Lessor Notes, (b) when used with reference to the Basic Lease Rent (Equity Portion) or Termination Value (Equity Portion), shall mean two percent (2%) over the greater of (A) the Base Rate and (B) 5.74% per annum or (c) when used with reference to any amount which is due and owing and not referenced in clause (a) or (b) of this definition, the Base Rate plus two percent (2%) per annum.

Examples of Outside Lease Commencement Date in a sentence
